Baby Gender Chinese Calendar Style

It would seem that for all the reasons under the sun, that a lot of expectant mothers just can not wait until the birth of their baby to find out whether they have a girl or a boy. One way that the ancient Chinese used was to calculate the sex using the Chinese Birth Calendar

It is right that knowing the gender of the child before the birth can bring forth its advantages such as knowing which color clothes to purchase and whether to paint the nursery pink or blue, while on the another side of the coin, not knowing the sex of the newborn up until the birth can provide the new mum to be something to think about while going through the efforts of labor.

In the up-to-date world the familiar popular way of determining the gender of the unborn little darling is by having an ultrasound image scan, this practice is quite steadfast and with cutting-edge expertise and the new 3-D scanning systems you are able to see fairly clearly whether the child is male or a girl.

Before we had these fantastic scanning systems the ways and means to decide the sex of the tot within the womb was done in a few very astonishing and peculiar ways, the use of dowsing was almost certainly one of the best known widely held traditions, when all's said and done this entailed the use of a cane or rod with a small length of line tied to the end from which a ball was attached, this would then be held above the woman's stomach and the gender of the little darling was concluded on which way the rope and Ball rotated.

While this may seem quite remarkable to many of us, nothing is more peculiar than the current glut of websites that are featuring the Chinese birth calendar.

Over 700 years ago a very weird and intriguing unearthing was made in Beijing, the capital of China. This discovery was a unsophisticated diagram that apparently prophesied the sex of a baby even before conception.

The Chinese birth calendar calculates its results based upon the woman's age and the month of conception, by drawing two straight lines one horizontal relating to the woman's age and one vertical for the month of conception, the spot where the lines come together is the predicted result of the gender of the sweetheart.

While numerous expectant parents judge this colander to be really reliable in its predictions, a little believing it to be as much as 90%, we fervently recommend that it only be taken for its fun factor, although the graph is currently on show at the Beijing Institute of science, there is no scientific proof that we know of that can give any substantiation to the mechanism of the Chinese Birth Calendar.

It is somewhat fairly entertaining that the Chinese birth calendar predicts that a 21-year-old girl who conceives during the months from February to December will bring forth a baby girl, this is quite a noteworthy prediction that somehow seems a little far fetched to us.

Just remember, being expectant ought to be a wonderful and fun time for all mums-to-be so we recommend that you have a little fun with this diagram and do not take it seriously.
