Happiness is emotion in which one experiences feelings ranging from contentment and satisfaction to bliss and intense joy. Happiness is a choice YOU have to make.

 

Here are 10 tips you could follow, in order to achieve satisfaction, joy, and to improve your way of seeing life:

 

1. Be active. Always do something for yourself. Get involved. If you are young, make friends, socialize. If you are middle age, go to gym, socialize. If you are older, I think you are happy enough (joking).

 

2. Stand up for what is right. Fairness and sincerity are 2 of the most valuable qualities one should have.

 

3. Enjoy your life. Don’t let moments pass without making sure you are getting the most of them. Carpe diem.

 

4. Have a plan. Set rules and guidelines for your life. Rules and guidelines assure that goals will be pursued.

 

5. Avoid bad feelings like anger or jealousy. Keep your spirit clean, above these.

 

6. Let things be. Accept what you can not change. Don’t make rules for others. Live free.

 

7. Control your life with thought and intelligence. Be smart, and make yourself some self-discipline guides.

 

8. Don’t self-pity; ever. No negative thinking here.

 

9. Always do your best. Don’t let room for “I could have done better, but I didn’t”. Trying to be the best without hurting others is a normal human condition.

 

10. Don’t stress in crisis situations. Quel sera sera, whatever will be, will be.
